Editing already sent materials

Once you've already sent out materials through Symbonic, unlike email, you still have the option to edit the materials you have sent. Below are the edits that you can make in each mode.  

To EDIT an entry that's already been sent out, simply go to the Sent Log and find the entry you would like to edit, and double-click it. Here is a list of all editable items in the Sent Log:

•  Basic Mode Only
  • The Templates of your packaged materials
  • The Order of your packaged materials
  • The Log Line
  • The Brand Name
• Advanced Mode Only
  • The Expiration Date
  • Turning off and on the Watermark
  • Allowing the Downloads
• Both Modes
  • The Subject
  • The Note and Signature

Solution

If you have already sent out a package and you want to change the email, mode, or materials, you just need to revoke the link by right clicking on it and selecting Revoke Link, then re-create and send a new link.

NOTE: Revoking the Link will set it to Expired in the Sent Log, but it wont delete the record.
