Sending advanced materials for your projects

Why it is Important

The advanced links will allow only the recipient access to view and or download the received materials. When the Symbonic user sends out their advanced materials link it forces the recipient to sign into Symbonic, if they are new to Symbonic they will have to create an account and password. Once they are signed/logged in the link will take them directly to their Inbox. Once in their inbox, they can access all their received materials that are always in the control of the sender.

The Advanced Link allows the user to add the following to their Sent Materials:

1. An Expiration Date
2. A Watermark for PDFs
3. Allow or Deny Downloading

Creating an Advanced Link

After selecting the materials you would like to package, you click Send at the bottom of the screen.  This will take you directly into the Send Wizard, after adding the appropriate contact(s) you select Advanced in the Mode field under IP Projection.  After selecting the advanced mode you will have the option to add an Expiration Date, Watermark (will be the first and last name of each recipient), Allow Downloads, add a Subject (Important for the Sent Log), and add or adjust the Note & Signature.

When sending out your package, Symbonic gives you two options.  You can either click Create a Link, if you want to send the link through your own mode of communication (Always recommended if your recipient has a firewall or spam blocker) or you can click Send and let Symbonic do the work.
