Send materials to external partners or collaborators

Why it is Important

When sending important materials to your partners and collaborators, Symbonic takes care of the organization and security, allowing you to focus on creativity and decision-making.

The Materials Library allows you to mix and match any combination of files, links, and content cards. There are two modes when sending materials:

  1. Basic (Anyone With Link Can View): The Basic Link can be passed around to whoever has the link. A recipient does not need to log into the software to access the materials. For basic links, Symbonic provides templates to use. Here is a list of the various Templates to choose from.
  2. Advanced (Authentication & Restriction): The Advanced Link allows users to secure the material using optional restrictions like Expiration Dates, Watermarks, and Download Control. When the Symbonic user sends out an advanced materials link, it forces the recipient to sign into Symbonic. If the recipient is new to Symbonic, all they will have to do is create a password. Once logged in, the link will take them directly to their Inbox, where they access all the received materials.

  • Select or Add the Contact(s) to whom you are sending
  • Select the Mode
    • If Basic is selected, you will choose your template in the Preview in the upper left corner.
    • If Advanced is selected, choose the restrictions you would like to apply.

After you add your Note & Signature, there are two ways to send your materials:
