Adding materials to the project library

Why it is Important

Every project added to a workspace comes with its own project library. Each library is private and secure to the workspace. The library allows you to add and store the following:

  • All File types up to 100 MB
  • Any type of Link
  • Content Cards

The Project Library makes it easy to locate, access, and select which items you would like to package together and send.

Adding Materials to The Project Library

  1. To add materials to the project library, click on the project to which you would like to add materials.  
  2. Once in the Dashboard of the selected project, click Library in the sub-menu.
  3. Select the specific directory, folder, and/or subfolder to add your materials. Click on the +Add materials button in the library. Choose the material you'd like to add, which can be a File, Link, or Content Card.
    • File: Drag and drop your file or browse to your file if it is stored on your computer, and click Upload.
    • Link: Copy the link and paste it into the link field. Add a Title and click Save.
    • Content Card: Add the Title, Overview, and Content and click Save.

NOTE: The library has two different views. Select the one best suited for your needs.

  1. List View (title, draft date, format, updated date, and added by)
  2. Thumbnail View (visual display of thumbnails of each material stored)
