What is a workspace?

A workspace is a private and secure area where a user(s) can coordinate their brand, projects, relationships, and deals with peace of mind.  There are two types of workspaces on Symbonic:

Personal Workspace - Every user that creates an account on Symbonic will get a personal workspace.  The personal workspace is for one user only, and it can be used for the following:

  • Receive private and secure Advanced Materials from other Symbonic users through the Inbox, located on the dashboard submenu
  • Receive and send invitations to collaborate on projects and relationships from other Symbonic users
  • Create and develop your personal brand
  • Create and develop your personal projects & relationships and get them ready to move into team workspaces when the time is right

Team Workspace - Team workspaces are for teams of two or more that allow the users to do the following:

  • Bring in external partners by inviting them as guests. You determine roles, access, and assignments accordingly. 
  • Create and develop your company brand
  • Create and develop your projects & relationships as a team and move deals forward.
  • Everyone will stay informed of their team members' actions through the Activity Log on a workspace level as well as a project and relationship level.
  • A company can have multiple team workspaces that allow it to split up on a divisional level,
