Overview of modes when sharing materials
Why it is Important
The materials library allows you to mix and match any combination of files, links, and cards, depending on the recipient. Once you've selected the materials you'd like to send out, Symbonic will direct you to the send wizard. The Send Wizard allows you to send out your materials through 2 Modes:
- Basic (Anyone With Link Can View)
- The Basic Link allows the user to customize branded Share Pages to send out. These next couple of steps in the guide will show you how to execute sharing & sending your project’s materials on various specifically designed Templates
- Advanced (Authentication & Restrictions)
- Advanced Links will allow only the recipient access to view and or download the received materials. When the Symbonic User sends out their Advanced Materials Link it forces the recipient to sign into Symbonic, if they are new to Symbonic they will have to create an account and password. Once they are signed/logged in the link will take them directly to their Inbox. Once in their Inbox, they can access all their received materials that are always in the control of the sender.
