Receiving basic materials from a project
Why it is Important
When a user sends their materials through the Basic Mode their recipient can receive their custom link through email or any mode of communication. The basic link is an open link that anyone that has access to it can open and view it. The click count will go up every time the link is clicked. What makes it special is how the materials are packaged. There are 8 different templates to choose from when using the Basic Mode:
- Project Introduction - This page is specifically designed to introduce your project to someone new that includes the Title, Personal Note, Log Line, Key Art, & Overview with all files/links attached. Check out the link below for a Live Example Project Introduction

- Project Presentation - This page is created to present your project with a background slide that you can upload to your project’s Key Art & Brand Images. Check out the link below for a Live Example Project Presentation
- Project Submission - This page template is designed to introduce your project with all the basic information that includes the Title, Logline, Team & Execs, Overview, and Opportunities and Reasons to be Involved. Check out the Live Example - Project Submission
- SAG-AFTRA Template -This page is designed to attach an actor from the Screen Actors Guild and contains all the information of the Project Submission. Check out the Live Example -SAG-AFTRA
- PGA Producer Template - This page is specifically designed to attach a producer from the Producers Guild of America, it includes all the information found on the Project Submission. Check out the Live Example - PGA Producer
