Adding the key art & branding of your project

Why it is Important

Branding your project with creative, artistic, and accurate key art branding can help move your project to the next level!  When you are pitching or presenting your project the key art and background slide can be the first thing that jumps out at your audience.  You want something that tells a story and grabs the attention of whoever is viewing it.  The key art and background slide will be visible to your viewers through the following features:

1. Presentation (Key Art & Presentation)
2. Review Sheet (Key Art)
3. Executive Reports (Key Art)
4. Basic Mode Material Sheet Templates (7 Templates that show only the Key Art, and 1 Template that shows both)

Adding the Key Art & Branding

From the project slate, select the project you would like to brand and click Edit.  Scroll down and click Key Art under Branding & Sales, drag and drop or click search if your images are on your computer, and click Update.  Your image files can be no larger than 3MB.

Best ratios for images:

• Key Art (Poster 8x10): 1600 x 2000 px, or 4x5 
• Background (Slide 16x9): 1920 x 1080
