Sending out the same project materials to multiple recipients at one time

Symbonic's send wizard allows you to add multiple contacts to one package of materials and it will add an entry for each individual recipient in the sent log so that you can track each person by the click count.

NOTE: In Contacts, located in the top menu, all users can create groups of contacts, i.e. if you send materials out to a consistent group of people it streamlines the process.  Instead of adding every individual user in the send wizard, you just add the name of the group.  If you click View Distro in the send wizard it will list all the recipient's emails individually.
