How do I cancel my plan?

Your annual or monthly subscription will automatically renew until you cancel it. You can cancel your subscription by going to your Account Name, selecting Upgrade, and then Account Admin, then go to the far left of the screen and then selecting Plan & Billing. After you cancel, you’ll still have access to all the paid features until the end of your billing cycle.
