Sometimes my intended recipients don't get my materials
If you send materials, submissions, or invitations using Symbonic's automated sending and tracking tools, sometimes your partners, clients, or relationships don't receive their emails. There are a few possible reasons:
Reason 1: The email is in their Spam Folder
Your recipient should check their spam or junk folder to ensure the email did not end up there.
Reason 2: The Recipient has a Blocker or Firewall
Sometimes your recipients will have spam blockers or a firewall to protect their database' from harmful or malicious viruses. For this reason, when sending your invites or materials through Symbonic, they won't arrive at their intended destination.
Solution 1: Use the Symbonic Link and send it from your own email.
Create the link and send it through your email. It will log it in your Send Log just the same, but you don't have to worry about the firewall saying it's malicious since they've already communicated with you through your email.
Solution 2: Ask the Recipient to Whitelist Symbonic.com
Ask the receiver if they can whitelist a confirmation that the email recipient knows and trusts the sender. This means that symbonic.com will be added to an approved sender list, so incoming emails from symbonic.com will never be blocked or moved to the spam folder.
