Why it is Important

Tracking - When sending out materials to package your projects, it’s very easy to get disorganized and lose track of who has access, especially when you are working on a team where everyone is working remotely. Symbonic makes it easy for team environments to stay in control by tracking all sent materials with accurate, organized logs and statistics. The Sent Log lists the following for each package sent out:

Date Sent
Prepared For
Subject
Mode
Expiration Date
Click Count
Who Sent it out
Materials Sent
Individual Material Analytics

Analytics - After certain materials have been sent out various times by various team members Symbonic makes it easy to quickly and accurately check the Activity Log on a per-material basis. The activity log will list the following:

Who Sent it
Date and Time it was sent
Action (Shared, Viewed, Created, Downloaded, Archived, & Unarchived)

Reviewing Analytics and Tracking

After clicking Create Link or Send in the send wizard, Symbonic will automatically log that action in the sent log. If you click Send, it will automatically take you directly to the sent log, but if you click Create Link, you will have to get to the sent log by going to the submenu of the project and clicking Sent Log, located between Library and Team.

If you click the Expander on the far left of the sent log on each entry, it will give you access to two important features:

File/Link Info: View all the materials information sent in that particular package
Activity: View the analytics of each of the materials sent out. In the Send Wizard, the activity is located on the far right under Items Sent. Click the activity icon on the right of each listed item in the send log.
