List Report Overview
Why it's Important
The List Report allows you to create external reports of your listed talent that is specific to their list of credits and report categories.
How does it work?
When adding a talent to a list, besides the normal prompts of Status, Category, and Role, the talent list entry will ask you to add a Report Category, with the following options:
- Top Ideas
- Other Ideas
- Unavail/Not Right
- Incoming
- Out to
- Passed
- Met With
- Available
- Passed/Unavailable
- Checking Avails
After selecting the Report Category, you will be prompted to edit the populated list of credits. This list of credits is pulled from the Known For field and the list of credits from the Talent Record. The user will edit the list of credits depending on the project type. The purpose is to showcase a specific list of credits that coincide with the project where the list is located.
Selecting one category for each list entry will allow the report to group each entry into one of the Report Categories so that you have an easy view of the importance of each of your talent list entries along with their custom list of credits.
