Contacts Overview
Why it's Important
Contacts are essential to your Symbonic Account no matter which plan you are currently on. Contacts are not just a record of all your contacts and groups of contacts, but they also connect to various modules depending on which modules you've added to your account.
The basic contact may contain the following information:
- Name
- Company
- Job Title
- Type
- Birthday
- Email Address (Ability to add multiple)
- Phone Number (Ability to add multiple)
- Date & Sites (Acts as a Link-tree)
- Address (Ability to add multiple)
- Notes
There are various functionalities throughout the Symbonic platform that pull information directly from contacts. Wherever a contact is required you will have the option to add a new contact, but if you have your contacts already entered into Symbonic with full context, it will make your job that much easier. The following functionalities will require the use of Contacts:
- The Send Wizard - Every time you send out materials from a Project or Representation Profile, you will have to add your recipient, which will be pulled directly from Contacts.
- Opportunity Leads - When adding a Lead in the Opportunities Module, it will ask you to add a Lead Contact that will be pulled directly from Contacts
- Project Submissions - When adding a Project Submission in the Opportunities Module, it will ask you to add the From Contact which will be pulled directly from Contacts
- Agreements - When adding an Artist or Option Agreement you will need to add the Artist Name and the optional Agent, both of which will pull directly from the Contacts.
- Talent Database - When adding to your Talent Database to create Lists, all the Talent will pull from your Contacts.
