Accessing your Options Expiration Report

Why it's Important

Symbonic makes it easy for you and your team to keep track of all your Option Agreements Expiration Dates from one location. It's important to know that ONLY Administrators of the account will have access to the Options Expiration Report. Once you have confirmed that you are indeed an administrator of the account, click on Reports in the top-menu. Next, click Options Expiration Report located under Executive/Admin Reports. Once you in the Options Expirations Report Grid, you will be able to see the following for every Option Agreement:

• Option ID # & Step #
• Expiration Countdown
  • Red - Expires within 1 Month
  • Orange - Expires within 1-3 Months
  • Green - Expires within 3-6 Month
• Exec Status
  • Active
  • Extend
  • Let Expire
  • Expired
• Notifications: On/Off
• Rights Holder Name: Linked to their Contact
• Expirations Date
• Workspace Location Link
• Project Location Link
• Pay Status: Paid/Due
• Pay Date
