Opening the Sales Sheet for a Single Asset

Why it's Important

Upon the addition of the IP Inventory Module you will have to ability to create a Sales Sheet for each one of your assets, no matter the type (Product, Content, or Company). Each asset has it's own Sales Sheet, or Digital One Sheet that can be used for many purposes like, marketing, sales, promotions, and more...

Each Sales Sheet has it's own URL code, so that it can be passed around a s a link. If you want to track it, simply add it to your materials library and send it through the Send Wizard.

How does it work?

Once you are in your IP Inventory, follow these simple steps:

• Find the asset in which you would like access to the Sales Sheet
• Right click the Asset entry
• Scroll down to Sales Sheet and click it
• The Sales Sheet has a unique URL code which allows you to send to whomever necessary
