Adding a Lead

Symbonic makes it easy and efficient to add a lead to your Lead Pipeline. Once you have add the Opportunities Module to your account, follow these easy steps:

  • Click Opportunities in the top menu
  • Click Add on the far left side, under Leads
  • Add which Workspace would be the best fit for you new lead
  • Add a Title
  • Add the company where the lead came from
  • Add the best lead contact (This contact will be automatically entered into your Contacts, if not already)
  • Add the best point man within your company to be the Owner
  • Select the following in Status & Pipeline
    • Pipeline (IP License in or out, Book Event, Consulting, etc.)
    • Deal Stage (Contacted, Proposal, Qualified, etc.)
    • Priority (low, medium, high)
    • Direction (inbound, outbound, internal idea)
    • Source (referral, employee, agent, etc.)
  • Add the Log Line
  • Add the Summary
  • Click Submit

Your Lead has now been officially added to your Lead Pipeline
