Adding a Lead
Symbonic makes it easy and efficient to add a lead to your Lead Pipeline. Once you have add the Opportunities Module to your account, follow these easy steps:
- Click Opportunities in the top menu
- Click Add on the far left side, under Leads
- Add which Workspace would be the best fit for you new lead
- Add a Title
- Add the company where the lead came from
- Add the best lead contact (This contact will be automatically entered into your Contacts, if not already)
- Add the best point man within your company to be the Owner
- Select the following in Status & Pipeline
- Pipeline (IP License in or out, Book Event, Consulting, etc.)
- Deal Stage (Contacted, Proposal, Qualified, etc.)
- Priority (low, medium, high)
- Direction (inbound, outbound, internal idea)
- Source (referral, employee, agent, etc.)
- Add the Log Line
- Add the Summary
- Click Submit
Your Lead has now been officially added to your Lead Pipeline
