Exporting Your Agreements Grid as a PDF or Excel Spreadsheet

Why it's Important

For any partner or collaborator that is not on Symbonic, the situation might call for you to email them a pdf or excel spreadsheet of one of your Agreement or Option Grid. For this reason, Symbonic makes it easy for you to export any grid as a pdf or excel spreadsheet, just follow these simple steps:

Excel

1. Locate the Agreement or Option Grid you would like to export to an excel spreadsheet
2. Click Export above the Filter Row
3. Upon clicking Export, your document will download directly to your computer

PDF

1. Locate the Agreement or Option Agreement you would like to export as a pdf
2. Click Print above the Filter Row
3. Click Destination and then click Save as a PDF
4. Upon clicking PDF, your document will automatically save to your computer
