Updating a Rights Holder Option

Why it's Important

Right Holder Options are susceptible to updates and extensions throughout the life of the options. For this reason, Symbonic makes it easy for you and your team members to quickly locate and update your rights holder options.

How it's Done

Starting from the top menu of your Symbonic workspace, click Agreements and click Options in the sub-menu. This will bring you directly into your Agreement Options Grid. Locate the Option Agreement you would like to update by using the filters in the top row of the grid. Once you've located the correct row of the Option Agreement you click on the Agreement ID. This will bring you directly to the Option Agreement edit page. From you here you will be able to edit any of the columns for updates or add a second or third option if needed. When finished with your edits or additions, make sure to click Save a the bottom of the screen.
