Updating an Artist Agreement

Why it's Important

All artist agreements on Symbonic are fully editable, this will allow any user that has access to update all dates, deliverables, status, and more.

Once you are in the Artist Agreement Grid, locate the agreement that you would like to update and right-click anywhere on the row and select Edit, or simply double-click the Agreement ID or Step ID. This will take you to the Artist Agreement page. Scroll down to find the Steps of your agreement, each column of the step has a drop-down menu or date calendars that allow you to edit all the columns. From here you can update the following:

• Artist Agent Connection
• Deliverable
• Material Status
• Guarantee
• Writing Start Date
• Writing Period Length
• Writing End Date
• Reading Start Date
• Reading Period Length
• Payor
• Pay Status
• Pay Date

After making your edits, don't forget to click Save on the bottom left!
