Changing the Representative for Your Talent

Why it's important

Symbonic's Talent Database makes it easy for you to go and switch out the Representative for any of your talent records. Often times talent will change agents, or they might have different agents depending on the type of project, thus making it important to be able to switch out the agent when needed.

Changing the Representative for Your Talent

Once you've clicked Lists in the top menu of your Symbonic Account you will find yourself in the Talent Database.

1. Type the name of the talent you are looking for in the filter of the Name column.
2. Once you've found the talent name you are looking for, click it, this will take you to the Talent Record page
3. At the top of the Talent Record, you will see the contact info for your talent on the left and the contact info for your talent's representative on the right.
4. Click the link that says Change Connection
5. Add a new agent or simply select one from your contacts and click Submit at the bottom
6. Your talent has now officially changed representatives.

Make sure all your talent's information and your talent's agent's information are always up-to-date and ready to be added to your lists!
