Adding Contacts to your Talent Database
Why it is Important
Keep one master list or manage multiple lists with ease. Symbonic's List Management System will help you and your team create, organize, and update all talent lists on both a workspace and project level.
Adding Contacts to Your Talent Database
- Once you've clicked Lists in the top menu of your Symbonic account, click on the Add Talent button on the far right side of your Talent Database, which will take you to the Add Talent Record page
- Contact - You can either add a new Talent Record here or you can add a contact that's already added to your Symbonic Contacts.
- If you add a new talent that's not in your contacts it will ask you for the Talent Name, Talent Email, and Talent Company. At this point, only the Talent Name is required
- If you are adding a talent that's currently in your contacts, just start typing the name and the talent record will appear in the list below the contact field
- Agent Contact - Just like the Contact, you can either add a new agent contact or you can add an agent contact that's already added to your Symbonic Contacts. Whatever contact you add here will be connected to your newly added talent
- Attributes - After the Contact and Agent information is added, then go through the rest of the attribute fields, select the most accurate options, and click Submit at the bottom when finished.
- Contact - You can either add a new Talent Record here or you can add a contact that's already added to your Symbonic Contacts.

After adding your talent and connecting them to the correct point agent and selecting the correct attributes, your talent is ready to be added to any list on any project desired.
