Tracking your brand submissions

Why it is Important

Gone are the days of sending out important brand submissions and wondering if your recipient has received, opened, and/or viewed your materials.  Through Symbonic's Sent Log you will always be kept in the loop every time your recipient opens your link.

After sending out your brand materials, your sent log will automatically be updated.  Even if you send one package out to multiple recipients at one time, each recipient will have their own entry.  Every entry in the sent log contains the following:

  1. Date Sent
  2. Prepared For
  3. Subject
  4. Mode
  5. Expiration Date
  6. Click Count
  7. From
  8. List of Materials with Analytics 

Tracking your Brand Submissions

When sending brand materials through the Send Wizard, once you click Send you will automatically be taken to the Sent Log.  If you click Create Link and send it through your own means of communication you will have to get to the sent log on your own.  The sent log is located in the submenu of the Brand Profile, to the right of the Library.

CLICK COUNT NOTE:  When sending out a Basic Link the click count will go up every time the link is clicked.  When sending out an Advanced Link the click count will go up each time a single material is viewed.
