Adding materials to your brand library

Why it is Important

Every workspace comes equipped with its very own Brand Library. Each library is private and secure to the workspace it's a part of, with the option of additional security settings. The library allows you to add and store the following:

  • All File types up to 100 MB (If you have larger files than 100MB, contact Symbonic to discuss changing your file size limits)
  • All Links
  • Create Content Cards

The brand library makes it easy for you to locate, access, and select which files, links, and cards you would like to package together to send out.  

Adding Materials to The Brand Library

  1. To add materials to the brand library, start at the workspace dashboard, click the Workspace Switcher and scroll down to Brand Profile and click it.
  2. Select Library in the sub-menu
  3. Select the specific Directory, Folder, and/or Sub Folder where you'd like to add your materials. Click the +Add button located under your account name in the upper right-hand corner. Select File, Link, or Content Card depending on what you're adding.
    • Files: Drag and drop your file or click browse if they are stored on your computer, and click "Upload".
    • Links: Copy the link and add it to where it says "Link". Add a Title and click "Save".
    • Content Cards: Add the Title, Overview, and Content and click "Save".

NOTE: All Libraries have two different views. Both view buttons are located to the left of where you add materials, select the one best suited for your needs:

  1. List View (title, draft date, format, updated date, and added by)
  2. Thumbnail View (visual display of thumbnails of each material stored)
