Why it is important 

Completing your workspace profile is key to having an effective digital business card.  The digital business card is one of the best ways to keep all your business associates up-to-date about your person, team, or company.  There is one field left to complete the digital business card.

• Contacts & Representatives - Contact info for your business and representation team, i.e. you or your team's agent, manager, or legal representation.   This will allow all of your associates the means to connect with any of you or your team's representatives. 

Completing your workspace profile

Make sure you are in the dashboard of the workspace that needs the branding set up, click the Workspace Switcher and scroll down to Brand Profile and click it. Then click Profile in the submenu. Scroll down on the left-hand side to Contact & Representative and click it.  Add/edit any of the necessary fields and click Update at the bottom.  Check the digital business card for any changes made.
