Adding brand images to your workspace
Why it is Important
Whether it's an invitation or just sending out materials from your workspace brand library, your brand images will be at the top of every email and every share page that you send out. It's important to have an updated brand image of your team or a personal image of yourself if it's from your personal workspace. When adding or editing the brand images of a workspace there are 5 types of images:
NOTE: There are Sample Canva Templates located directly under the Brand Image title that will help you create images at the perfect ratios. Click each link to utilize the Canva templates.
- Logo (Square 1x1): 1000 x 1000 px, or 1x1
- Link to the digital business card at the top of email invitations and
- Key Art (Poster 8x10): 1600 x 2000 px, or 4x5
- Will be on every share page from your brand materials library
- Default Key Art Poster
- Will automatically be added to every new project and talent profile until the custom images are ready
- Background (Slide 16x9): 1920 x 1080
- Will be on every brand presentation
- Default Background
- Will automatically be added to every new project and talent profile until the custom images are ready
Adding Brand Images to Your Workspace
Make sure you are in the dashboard of the workspace that needs the brand images, click the Workspace Switcher and scroll down to Brand Profile and click it. Click Profile in the submenu. Scroll down on the left-hand side to Brand Images under Branding & Sales and click it. Add/edit any of the necessary fields and click Update at the bottom. Check the digital business card for any changes made.
