Adding stakeholders to your project
Why it is Important
Adding the stakeholders to your project is important on a few different levels. A workspace might have 10 team members, and while all 10 members have access to every project, only 3 are in charge of development on a single project. For this reason, the first category of stakeholders is Creative Executives (Internal).
Creative Executives (Internal) - A list of executives within a workspace that is heading up the development for a specific project. This will be displayed on the project dashboard.
The next field in the stakeholder section is External Stakeholders. This will be showcased not only on the project's dashboard, but also the review sheet and in various share page templates in the send wizard (All Guild Templates & the Project Submission)
External Stakeholders - This is a list of all the important stakeholders that are attached to the project that will help move it forward
NOTE: It's important to list the stakeholder's role & name in the project, along with any links to IMDb or anything that would help showcase the executive. (i.e. Executive Producer - Bob Smith - Imdb)
Adding Stakeholders to Your Project
Starting from the dashboard of the project, click on Edit in the submenu. Scroll down to Stakeholders on the left side under Overview and click it. Add or edit both fields Creative Executives (Internal) & External Stake Holders and click Update at the bottom.
