Revoking an invitation that has already been sent
From the moment you send out an invitation until the recipient responds you have the option to Revoke the invite. Even after they respond to the invite, as an administrator, you will always have the ability to manage your team and remove anyone necessary.
Revoking an invitation
Workspace Invites: After sending an invitation go to the account name in the upper right-hand corner and click on User Manager. Scroll down to the bottom underneath Invitations. If your recipient has not yet responded you will find the invitation in the Pending folder. Once you've located the Invitation, click Revoke and then confirm that you are sure you want to revoke it.
Project or Profile Invites: After sending the invitation, go to the dashboard of the project or profile and click Invitations in the submenu. If your recipient has not yet responded you will find the invitation in the Sent folder. Once you've located the Invitation, click Revoke and then confirm that you are sure you want to revoke it.
Your recipient will still receive their invitation email, but when they click on the invitation link, it will direct them to their Received Invitations in their personal workspace and your revoked invite will be gone.
You will have a record of the revoked invitation, located in the Archive folder of the invitations from where you sent the Invite.
