Check the item activity log

Why it is Important

Every item that is stored in the materials library comes equipped with an Activity Log.  The activity log is an organized list of item actions that contain the following:

1. Who Sent the Item Out
2. Time & Date of the Action
3. Kind of Action - Created, Shared, Viewed, Downloaded, Archived, & Unarchived

Check the Item Activity Log

1. From the List View - Double Click the item and select the Activity Log tab.
2. From the Thumbnail View - Click the Item Activity Log Icon, located on the bottom right of the thumbnail.
