Move materials in the library

Why it is Important 

Within the materials library, it is important the user has the ability to move materials between folders and directories.  The organization of your materials is a huge plus when working on a large team.

Move Materials

Starting from the folder, select the materials you would like to move by checking the white box on the left-hand side.  Once your materials are selected, click Move at the bottom of the page and select the folder to which you would like to move the materials.

NOTE: If you have the Naming Convention Module added to your plan, when you move a file from one folder to the next, the file name will take on the name of whichever folder it is located.
